Left beam need to be moved more to left and lifted a bit, right one seems to be ok... Chech the height of both beams to not blind anyone :D

No, the driver's side shouldn't be raised, the passenger side is raised because it is to allow more peripheral light and vision without causing additional glare. Romas, your beam looks ok. Some shops will do them for you but are extremly pricey...
