its hard to take a week vacation when you have a baby and limited funds im sure...

do ur parents or hers live close? how about droppin the baby off at the grandparents house and just having a weekend of you two? dont run errands or any of that - just relax - rent some movies make dinner for her etc

u have 18 years ahead of having a child in the house - try get weekends available for you guys while you still can! :-D

Life without the kid = GOOD!!

Life with the kid= BADDD!!

Basically, your screwed once you have a kid. Freedom goes bye bye to parties and what not, or that fun time alone and what not.

your pretty much stuck with the kid, work, kid, sleep, and repeat, repeat, repeat, untill your kids are 18 and over then you finally get some freedom at last, but at that age of 50 or up you either dead or so old you don't feel like drag racing with some kids in there high tech equipped cars compared to your crappy EFI car.
Who knows what the future holds? It was from Carb to EFI, and now its gonna be Electric. They might even have EHB....*prononuce* ebb, or Electronic Hyper Stream Boost.

Life with a kid is good if not better than a life without a kid. Obviously depending who you ask but you just gotta change your life a bit to be able to keep that spark between u and ur wife...just my .02

do something totally off the wall that you know she would like but you've never done it before.

what are her passions/interests in life (besides you, of course!!;))??

make her feel like the princess she really is, just blow her away by doing something very spontaneous biggrin.gif i'm sure she'll love it.

this might be inappropriate but i watch dr. phil sometimes, and believe it or not a good key to keeping a great relationship is to have good sex life, just for starters... but thats just what dr. phil said lol.

my life with my kid is great. im happier then ever.i wake up to my lovely wife and kid every morning. i guess all the attention i use to give my wife isnt all there like it used to be. most of it goes to my son. i want to do something special for her. she is the love of my life but its not really showing rite now. i want to show her im sorry. someone told me this would happen but never thought it would. im trying now...no im doing it now slowly. i give more attention now than i did before so im workin on it. it'll take time...
