no one makes a computer chip upgrade for the celica and whatever resistor you bought off ebay does nothing to add power, let alone as much as you claim .
aftermarket criuise control? does anyone even make that? what would be the benefit over the stock unit. do you just mean that yours broke and you had to buy another one? cause thats not a modification. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

The aftermarket cruise is very possible. They make universal units that will work with various cars. Snap, I believe he was mainly talking about this so-called "performance chip" that you have. Because I garauntee it's doing nothing for you in terms of horsepower.
And about the cruise control, we aren't arguing that you have it, but rather how is that a PERFORMANCE upgrade? |

im just saying, its not a performance mod. the chip you claim to have....let me guess, its from ebay? thats not a computer chip like you see for some other imports. its just s resistor, it dosnt add any power. so claiming you have 15-20hp from it is a lie. and im not even going to touch the eturbo, cause thats a whole thread in its self. so yeah, i guess you do have all those things, but you are stretching the truth VERY far when you describe them in your profile. i mean, a performance, aftermarket cruise control... come on? where else should i put that i have a aftermarket cruse control?...i don't know anywhere else...and i want it in there b/c it is not on every manual celi here...and it cost about $400 to have...so i'm going to have it there no matter.
...and also...these smaller performance mods there are just to tide me over until i go for a full engine swap... ...c'mon, is is really a big deal that i might spend some money trying stuff out just to see if i get a little more fun out of my awesome celica???peace....i'm not saying some of my performance mod will beat out any turboed/swaped celicas here...i think some of you guys here are over-estimating what i think of these...i'm just here to try stuff out, and have fun with my celica, ain't nothin' wrong with that! ~snap -------------------- Past: V6 Swapped 6G Celica, E46 BMW M3, Jeep Wrangler TJ

ok i must admit there are a few lies in my profile... the frist pic isn't even my car .. well it was my car .. thats a pic of the ST i love that pic for some reason ... and the pic showing just the wheel .. that wheel doesn't exist anymore.. its the one i split in half ... and the luk clutch i have came is a little more grip then i posted .. i put the coilovers on but took them off a few weeks later.. i didn't like the ride i got with them.. an the shift boot in the pic.. i have changed it 3 times since then ... and my front bumper is from a 98 celi i don't have the 95 on there anymore... and my engine bay looks a bit diffrenet at the moment...
