 Lumbercris: are you sure their are 1000 redtop beams? I'm sure there is more than that. they were available on SS-III celicas and they were also in MR2 I believe. I think the 3sgte would be cheaper than the blacktop. They were also in the RAV 4 but the red cover was a dark grey/black.

I think like Kwanza said about the tranny, but you could probably make it fit. All that i know is that the intake manifold wont fit because itd hit the strut tower, but you could easily change that out with a red tops. Then, the other problem is the cam gears, i think thers not much clearnce between that, itd be so tight there wouldnt be room for chassis flex. Im not sure, just what ive been reading up on. Not that im interested though.
