Hey amigos, ive been thinking and spending lots of time in this site lately. i love it, great community, and info. i would hate it if something happened to the site. i study computers so i know sometimes it can be a pain in the ass. So why not show some support by donations, maybe to improve the site or expenses or just to show apreciation to commer. im all down for it and would send whatever i can. let me know if this is kool and would like to do this

--------------------  I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. |

It's about damn time. Just about every other website I go to has a "Gold Member" option. One site gave you a free decal (just like the 6gc.net) when you signed up. I would be more than happy to donate, even if you didn't get a decal. -Josh |

Some sites also have different level's of donation. (ie Gold Level = $20, Silver Level = $10, Bronze Level = $5) with more perks associated with the highest level of donation.
"This is a $20 donation for one year of contributor status. Like the Silver Level Donation, this donation level entitles you to an additional 7 images, for a total of 10, in any of your Reader's Ride submissions. It also allows you to upload and attach a single image to any post you make in the forums without having to have it hosted on another server" I really like the ability to attach one picture without having to host anywhere else. -Josh |

^ eh thats a bandwidth killer though, only means that the money getting donated will all go tward the bill for hosting it, I would like it if coomer and the mod's got money for there time put into making the boards and upkeep as well as covering any/all bills it has.
and I would be compleatly up for donanting and the additional features such as more pics in my profile would be a sweet perk. -------------------- |

I also think that it is a good idea. I know on the local team I'm part of we have a "Make a Donation" button and people have been really generous and donated. 6gc is a good bunch of people so I'm sure the site would be helped by the donation. THe perks thing is a great idea
