Since most of you have the same skirts, could you help me? You know how if you put the skirts on you have to remove the front mudguards. but if you do, then it leaves an opening along the fender line. rain and dirt can get into the inside of the fender and towards the door. Do I use the original mudgaurds to cover that opening and just cut off the bottom part so the skirt could screw on? Is part of the mudguard if I decide to cut it so I could close the opening, is this used as a spacer as well?
