I came back to this forum about 6 months ago to tell about how much I miss my Celica, and how my new Audi was working out.

Well, after 8 months in that German tank I decided to just sell it to the first and best person offering to buy it. After 1 month it's still not sold tongue.gif Stupid crap cars..

I couldn't wait so I just bought a new car (well, not new, but I haven't had it before). It's a rebuilt beauty originally born in Japan in the Godly year of 94.

Many of you are probably thinking "oh, oh it's a 94 JDM GT-Four WRC or something", but it's not.

I'll add a picture. It should explain most of it:

It's a 94 Mazda RX-7 Type R (rebuilt at Mazda dealer in Japan into a 99 RX-7). The car have only 30 000 miles on it, and no rust or dents anywhere. It's repainted in original 99+ blue and all the bodywork have been carried out by professionals in Japan. The paint and original 99+ bumpers and sideskirts, lights+++ cost 4500$ US alone.

The car is on a RoRo (roll on, roll out) car transport going from Japan to Newcastle (England) atm.. It will go by ferry to Norway in about a month. My baby will be here by the time the snow goes away.

I'm sure most of you know what the FD is all about with it's 1.3 litre rotary sequensial twin turbo engine and 260-280 hp boosting at 0.75 bar. At only 2500 pounds it goes pretty quick. 0-60 in about 4.9 - 5.1 seconds on street tires.

I have already bought a HKS SSQV valve, Apex'i N1 exhaust and Apex'i Power intake kit along with Greddy gauges and A-pillar mount. It's got a Blitz Twin turbo timer and some other minor mods. It will also get the Apex'i what's it's name again.. The little thingy that controls boost and shows rpm, speed and lots of other things. Look like a small turbo timer/electronic boost controler thingy..

The reason I got this car was because of the unbeatable price. I just couldn't say no. 4500$ US for the car, and about 6000$ US for freight, taxes, customs, registrations+++. So 10500$ US completely delivered with plates.

At the dealer these cost 50 000$ US in Norway this year (for a 94'). And since this has a very low milage and the 99 rebuild it was too cheap to give up.
