 wiring, cold cathode fluorescent lights |

could someone tell me how to wire these. i want to install them in the footwels in my car, but i dont know where to run or connect the wires. any ideas? i hooked my gauges up to my blinker fuse, and i was wondering if theres a place like that i can hook up these lights. if you guys and gals have any info on this let me know.
