As some know, my wife and I are driving our (her) 99 GT down to Dr. Tweaks new setup on Friday night for a 3S-GTE swap.

In addition to that;

I pin on TSgt (E-6 in the Air Force) on Friday, and the killer of them all;

I just struck a deal on the following for $21,700 tonight and will pick it up on Wednesday next week.

Cause she instigates half of it. The largest reason the Celica swap is happening is because she convinced me to do that rather than sell the celica and buying her a new Passat. Then she later confided to me that this was her hope all along, that I'd ditch that Lincoln and get a Vette because she wanted one too.

We're definitely not loaded. We DEFINITELY spend on your average budget a disproportionate amount on cars. But our saving grace is that we bought our house here in NJ three years ago for the paltry sum of $125K and are VERY glad we did, because now it is worth a lil' over 200K. Hence, we have a VERY low mortgage payment. And the Vette' is being paid for via my promotion pay for the most part.

If you guys are that curious, my wife and I bring in the area of $85-90K a year between the two of us.

Oh yeah....we just got home from dropping the Celi off to Dr. Tweak!!!! Let the madness begin!!!!!
