Philly meet at FDR park. Saturday July 22nd starting at 1pm at FDR Park in Philadelphia PA.
The park is located at the intersection of Broad and Pattison in South Philadelphia across from the sports complex (Wachovia Center, The linc, Citizens Bank Park). The entrance to the park is on Pattison Avenue. The park is easily accessible from I-95 and I-76.

FYI - there is aPhillies game @ 1:20 that day - so expect a lot of traffic as you make your way there. I'll see if I can get there too. I'm not an avid contributor here, but come here quite often to see what's new.

ok so heres the deal with our room...

me and Tina are sharing a 2-bed room with Miguel (Devilsden97) and Steve (i believe thats your name, Consynx). the floor/other bed(however you guys decide to share the bed/floor) is reserved for Manny and Jenn (Presure2) if they can make it.

i will reserve the room on my credit card sometime next week (unless they have a problem with me being under 21). i'll split the final cost later when we are there and i know whos staying.

so we should be good, anyone else whos staying should make arrangements on their own

Hotel booked as of two days ago, right in Center City next to city hall. Haha, I guess I am the mayor....


I got two nights at a really nice hotel for me and the lady, we're making that weekend a little getaway for our 3 year anniversary. Should be a really nice weekend. However do realize I'll probably have to split later in the afternoon since we have plenty of other plans, plus I need to hit up my older brother's new apartment that weekend too at some point.


I can't wait, only 11 more days!

Yeah long story. I used to live in Ohio, but then i moved to LA last year and left my 6GC in Ohio. Im going back to Ohio next week. and then leaving from Ohio to go to the meet. ok so maybe it wasn't a long story afterall.

My wife and I won't be making this meet. She's thowing me a fairly large birthday party on the 22nd (Friday the 21st is the actual day, 28 for cimineys sake!), otherwise we were planning on coming.

haha ill be in Ohio for like 3 weeks so im hoping to go to more than 1 meet if possible, Ill be gone by August 9th and it doesn't look like there are any planned other than this one, so ill see what happens. But this time when i go back to LA, im taking the celica with me and already planning on going to a the SoCal cruise in late August and a NorCal meet that has no date or location yet haha.

None at all man, not at all. All that stuff today actually turned into an outstanding technical thread and there's zero angst over that thread on my end. I was actually looking forward to meeting you the most, but looks like it'll have to be another meet.
