Okay I took my engine to the shop and they said it is a "knock". so they said i needed a valve adjustment. i said my engine is hydrolic and can't do adjustment but they looked it up and said they could do it cause its the same as a camry motor. but they also said i need new lifters if the valve adjustment wasn't the case? but im not into the engine stuff so i dont know. i just have to agree with the mechanics. the total to adjust my valves were 163 dollars and/or 455 dollars to get new lifters. anyone know? well cha cha i gotta go to other mechanics. frown.gif

take it to another "mechanic"
if anything, you need a "valve SHIM adjustment"
