will one way increase horsepower or torque? if not then does it matter? just some questions you could ask yourself.

Ive got the apexi N1 muffler. Im not too sure about if there is a difference in addition of hp. Im sure its the same either way.

It depends on whether the exhaust has an oval canistar or a round one, (oval = straight) (round = slanted/cocked) or at least thats they way i think it goes, i got a slight slant to mine since my exhaust is round.
