So this morning on the way home from work. Round a turn that is uphill and BAMMM. HUGE Doe...I mean huge. So I lay into the brakes of course and slide into the Emergency lane and listen as the deer cartwheels over my Celica. The crazy thing is my sunroof was open, I am just glad no legs came in.
But as far as the damage goes. Bumper is pushed in about and inch or so....support structure is missing the radiator by maybe a few centimeters. Low Beams are way out of focus but intact. But, both High beams are destroyed, housings and all. I will post some pics if I get a chance. After looking at prices, it may be fesible to get Clear High Beams!!! If only I had some part numbers!! FYI: Insurance is gonna take care of it all. 0 Deductable Baby. |
