These questions are about the ACT clutch discs found on ebay. Link to site....
4 puck
6 puck

Which engages better a 4 puck or 6 puck clutch disc?
Which can hold more power?
Which is better for daily driving?
How long do they last typically?

Well to answer, the best thing to do is go the manufacturers website for the answer to the questions.

Here is a link to what are available for a 94GT ---> Click Me

For daily driver with no modification, just get a replacement OEM clutch.
For modifications upto 250 ft.lbs torque get TY2-MDOO
For upto 320 ft.lbs get a 4/6 puck TY2-HDR4 TY2-HDR6

As for differences in the 4/6 puck, I wouldn't have a clue because I have no need for going over 250 ft.lbs torque and very few would have this concern with the 5S-FE engine. I am assuming that is what you have and haven't swapped to the 3S-GTE, in which case you will have to get a clutch for that engine.

I just looked in your profile and it says 3sgte on the way, therefore you have to determine what tranny you are using. If you are using the stock one, then you need a custom clutch.

Which engages better a 4 puck or 6 puck clutch disc? THey both have a real hard enguage its good for the track.
Which can hold more power? 6 puck
Which is better for daily driving? Nethier... but once you get used to it its easy after a while
How long do they last typically? Not long.

If your looking to buy a clutch for a 3s swap your best bet is spec there by far the best.
