Hey guys well sorry if this is a repost i tried searching but i couldn't find anything. well i juss went to the junk yard and saw a celica with power windows and power door locks i was wondering how hard is it to install everything in my car to make it powered because it is soo inconvient to have to reach across the car and try to roll down the window and unlock the car for the passenger. I was also wondering would it be more simple to just get the whole doors or just get everything i need for the powered windows and door locks. Al i know is that i need the motor, regulator, solenoid, latches, and of course door panels and is their anything else? thanks in advance for any advice and help! biggrin.gif

to install stock door locks and windows you need the body harness from a donor car, this requires removal of the dash.. i did it but only because i had to take the dash off to replace the airbags, i would not reccommend it to anyone else..

cheaper and easier would be to buy the kits on ebay and wire it up yourself

the easiest route would be to swap doors but that would cost a lil more i think.... especialy after paint

the other option is the conversion
you will also need the door lock control module located near the ignition switch

and print this
