Got to see the old motor while we were picking up the car this week, and noticed that there's a few good things left over.
The shortblock is junk. Don't even ask about it. Block might make a good donor for a forged low compression bottom end, but that's about it. Head should be good, make offer. Intake manifold, make offer. COMPLETE clutch w/flywheel (around 15-20K miles tops, plenty of life left): make offer The catch: They're at Docs shop, and he's got to take things apart as things are sold.
