Celicas have weight distribution of about 65F/35R. Having the suspension higher in the back on FWD cars is good. read this http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?act=ST...t=0#entry447320 to find out why.

sorry man I must have misunderstood something. Maybe you should try just reinstalling them and be very careful with every step. I wonder if anyone else has had problems like this before?

I have the exact same setup as you and mine sat a little uneven too. The one thing I did was take them off and put them back on making sure everything was in the right place as I put them on and when I lowered the car, there was no more uneveness... You might just try taking them off and reinstalling carefully... Other than that, I would guess it was some defect in the design. But thats just my .02 cents. Hope you get it fixed

I just installed my Sportlines and have the same case. The rear is lower than the front, and I only got about a 1" drop in the front. Before installation, I measured the distance from the ground to the peak of the fender's curve, and got 26" on the front (didn't measure the rear). After installation, the rear is at 24½" (which is correct if it was initially at 26"), and the front is at 25". I do have some damage to the front passenger fender, but still came out with 25" on both sides.

I can get 2 fingers in the rear gap uncomfortably, and 3 in the front. The drop is even all around, with no variance between the driver and passenger side. I was hoping for results like Coomer or presure2 acheived with their Sportlines, but so far I haven't gotten it. That extra .5" in the front would be nice. Unfortunately, according to Eibach's site, it says that Sportlines are "pre-set" and that the only settling that will occur will be very minimal and will only come from the spring mating to the rubber.

i talked with eibach... and they said there is only 2 possibilities.. shocks are bad or springs are bad...

i got kyb gr-2s and eibach sportllines all around... so which of the 2 has a higher possibility of being defective?

i put eibach pro's with kyb gr2's like 3 years ago i measured and the front fender has a slight different radious ie its bigger because you have to turn your front tires so there is about an inch or more diff on a stock celica from the tire to the fender on the front and rear

had a talk with eibach and retailer about warranty.. i'm not sure if it's worth it to go through with the warranty. i have to send the springs back first. (@ my expense) then once they inspect it they will send a new set...

i can't just leave my car @ my mechanic's for like a month so he would have to re-install old springs ($300) then re-install warranty springs ($300)... which is basically the same price as buying another new set and having them installed...

eibach said something about a possibility the upper spring seats being worn out and dried out making it uneven... not sure if that would be a possibility?

the stance of the car really bothers me right now... but i can't seem to justify another $600 just to fix it... argh

I had the same issue. I think its normal. I don't have any handling issues because of it.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
