Is it possible to swap the AC from an 1995 ST to a 1994 GT. If not, how much am I looking to spend on getting AC for the GT?

The compressor and lines are very different, the core and the condenser might be the same though. Most likely they are.

So, is it feasable to do without a whole lot of work? Or is there a better alternative?

Do you want to convert a car that doesn't have a/c so that it does have a/c?

No, the car he is looking at has a nonworking ac system. Personally after riding around with this guy think he should just remove it altogether.
