my mom's ford taurus hasn't broken down in the 3 years she's had it...and tranny fluid is only red if it's ATF(automatic transmission fluid). otherwise, it uses gear oil.

I just got a 07 ford taurus v6 - its one POS, had it for 1 day so far and I wana crash it. does not leak yet but is very pathetic, horrible body roll (but thats exspected) and the weakest v6 imaginable. Hey! My crown vic has gone for 2 years and several dozen trips from chicago to michigan without changing the ATF and filter and she's still a beast! I guess its because she only got 75000 miles.... But still city driving is hard on the car, so I guess its good that i just got off my lazy a$$ and changed it!
