It looks like a SAFC type thing that uses a gameboy as a controller for a fuel computer. So has anyone seen/tried/have one of these?It's made by the same company that developed the legendary UTEC for wrx's.
I'm seriously considering purchasing this.

i know someone that has it in his STi, and i think it's pretty cool. at first i was like why the heck did you mount a gameboy in your car?!? then he explained to me what it was. it looks pretty easy to use, if your thinking of doing this setup, i say go for it!

its cool but too expensive....250$ minimum for just the program...up to 700$ for the full system...

plus the cost of the gameboy on top of that makes these way over priced..there are better solutions

so...how did you not get up to 700$ ??

at the cost of this you can get an SAFCII for much less

game boy = 30$ on ebay
DTEC = 230$ (minimum)

thats 260$ MINIMUM

safcII = 250$

i think it'd be worth it if it connected to the old gameboys the size of a vhs tape but not the new ones.... smile.gif

safcII definitely a better option for the $$ imo

yeah and dash mounted game boy just... looks weird
it would be somewhat worth it if it was like $30 or something

SAFC is the way to go
