im going to relocate my batterie to the truck im making an aluminum batterie box at work, what guage wire should i use? how much will i need? and maybe a brand i should get? thanks

I went overkill and used 0G but 2G should be enough, i wouldn't go any smaller tho

yup 2 guage is what I got, works just fine, your gana need atleast 15 feet for each run, one (+) and one (-) whatever colors you want, and just connect it to each, then also need a good foot or too for the batt ground.

you don't need to run 2 wires front to back, only one for (+)
find a good solid surface to bolt the ground wire. I bolted mine down to one of the strut mount bolts, sanding to bare metal before.
