My clutch went out today...er I mean yesterday., My sad, sad clutch. Options

So at work yesterday I tried to go out to eat lunch, but found that my clutch went out.
All I can hear when I turn on the car and engage into gears are the sounds of metal grinding against each other coming from the transmission. Its probbally the clutch that went out, but I might have to rebuild the tranny anyways because the gears have been grinding when shifting into 3rd.

I was just wondering what type of clutch kit combo/ flywheel that you guys use.

I was thinking of a Stage 3 EZ Clutch combo from E-bay, but Im not too sure if this is quality, or crap.

While the engine is coming out, im thinking of going turbo so maybe a really good clutch and flywheel will be needed.
