ive been pulled over 3 times and finally put it back on. Just carry the tools to take it off incase u go to a car meet, car show, or pictures

whether or not this is true remains to be seen, but it's still something to think about. having a metal plate fly at you at X mph when you're coming to a sudden stop.


i got that warning, i can scan it if you want haha.

i took mine off too im in MA, and no police have said anything, it just looks too ugly on the front of anycar.

ive only been pulled over once for it, but I honestly thought I only needed the back plate....he let me off the hook...that was 2 years ago! havent been pulled over since, anyway I cant find my front plate...I think my parents packed it into storage when they moved DOH.....other wise id keep it in my car just in case

The DMV here has long ago decided to only issue one plate to save money. When I see a front plate it is never a local car.

i always thought the front plate was for the custom plates, in south carolina nobody has one. our cars really dont look good with them

I live in Cali. Alot of people drive with the plate on the dash, but it is illegal. You get a fix it ticket. This is in the LA area.
