I know this post is coming back from the dead....the time has come too get the rims....you think I should get 17's or 18's...Im leaning towards the 18's only because they are wider.

7J rims are to narrow indeed. I have 18X7,5J with 225 tyres around them and thats already the max width of tyre. A 225/235 around a 8J tyre would be perfect on any 6GC.
So yeah I would go for the 18" if thats the only option to get the 7,5J tyre. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!

Width of rim in inches. But I live in Europe, we call it J size.
