stevenson...i have a defect...what should i do...the bulb is lose, that is why it rattles and shakes causing the light to shake....FOR ALL THOSE WHO RECIEVED THEIR KIT...CHECK THE BULB IF IT WIGGLES OR IS LOSE, BULB SHOULD BE FIRM AND IN PLACE!!

Will check thanks. By the way, worst case scenario (spelling) What if these H1 aren't the right ones for our projectors?

^^^ wow I should ask and sorry for losing my temple but How old are you ?

I told you I was gonna contact the company to resolve this for you. when as far as I know you have a warranty card that tells you whar to do, but that's not how I like to do things I'm trying my best to get everyone what they paid for. you didn't have to use RED letter for me to understand. as you can see it's 12 15 AM and I'm awake talking to the seller about your problem, came to the site to discover that you are trying to get on my back. com'on I've been doing everything I possible can to get all of you happy with this.

I have replied every single PM with actual answers I have done everything I sad I would do so just give me a little break.

Guys we have to understand culpable has NOTHING to do with packaging and shipping. So if your item is disfunctional in any way, then you should contact the company. There is no reason to get hostile toward culpable he is just the man who got this thing started and on its way. We should thank him for doing this for us. Im sorry if some of you take offense to this, this is not directed toward anyone. Im just trying to take some weight off stevensons shoulders.

sorry for this guys, but when you're hungry, sleepy and stressed your brain don't think the way it should, that's what happend to me

as far as your problem with the light blinking, since it's the bulb I can arrange to get a replacement for you but I wanna wait till everyone has their kits and see if someone else has this problem.

for the H1 check the discussion, looks like the H1 bulb problem it's an old problem with most HIDs but someoone got his HIDs working with the projectors so there is a way to install them guys, this is not an issue with the manufacturer. it's something you have to work on. Sorry if that's not what you expected.
