Hey, I'm taking off my front bumper. It's obviously never been taken off cause it's still got that rubber glue that older Toyota's use on their body panels. The cars really old, so the stuff is more like mortar.

gently warm it with a heatgun, then get a hole through it, and then use some steel picture hanging wire like a saw to cut through it. a bass guitar string works great too! just keep warming it to keep it a little pliable. a scroll saw or coping saw blad can work as well.
