is there a way to browse through all hi res photos w/o guessing and browsing each car?

i want to pick a good hi res pic becouse i can print it very big and put it on my room for free.

That's a good idea that I've been pondering for sometime. There's a tradeoff between query speed and functionality, but I'll play around with some tests tomorrow and see what I can work up.

Suggestion: You could create something like... whenever a user uploads a humongous image, create a thumbnail duplicate. So when people browse the library, they're actually browsing the pre-made thumbnails, make it easy for your server's processor.

Just a thought..

That already happens, and always has. The server would be crawling if it had to dynamically resize images every time they're viewed. wink.gif
