This isnt one of threads where im like yay ^.^ turbo. nope.
i was heading on I-5 South to Portland, OR for a job interview. (im setting the scene)
minding my own business, i have the stereo cranked loud and just cruising @ about 75 mph.
so September 23rd @ 8:34 A.M. - i destroyed a rod, the weak point of the 7afe

all i have to say is - thank god for AAA . They towed my car to my house, and i got a rental car to continue my journey and go thru-out my weekend.
--Now, im car-less. I need a little help trying to find a replacement engine (preferably 7afe) not looking to swap for higher horsepower (ie 3sgte or 20v)
I live in Northwest Oregon - and i've spent many hours looking and searching for something not rediculous priced like 1,500 for a 7afe .
Any help is appreciated.
