ok um i was just wondering.. when test fitting... did you have to remove anything to get the pillar to fit?

cause i just quickly tried it to see if it fit but it was WWWAAAYYY off... seemed impossible to put in unless i removed a-pillar and mounted it first...

also... none of my 52mm gauges fit??? i guess i gotta sand a bit off from each hole... but then how do you get them into the 2nd and 3rd spot? cause mine are about 57mm deep and when i try to put it in... the holder above it is in the way...

My lotek pod doesnt fit the gauges either. Ive had to shave quite a bit off too to get my stewart warner gauges to fit in. But i know i have the right gauge pod for our car.

but when you actually try to put it in was the gauge too long depth wise? like even if the hole is big enough you acn't get it into the hole because the top of the gauge (where the display is) hit the above holder?

my gauges are prosport/twosrus 52mm gauges

I have installed a few gauges in the lotec and I have seen this problem. On Vin's (shin) he has blitz gauges that were too deep for the pod so I had to cut into the existing a pillar plastic to make them fit properly and still they were only about 95% perfect. I also had to widen the hole a bit with a dremel.

With a set of autometer gauges, they fit perfectly, no fuss, no problems.

I cut into the stock a pilar plastic (kinda knotched it) so the gauges would slide in deeper. The back of the gauge hit so since the lotec covers the stock pillar, I had to cut it a bit, you dig ?
