 Stereo Problem, power shorts out |

hello, my stereo works great but sometimes when u turn the engine on there is no power going to it. But when i tap the fuse box below the steering wheel it goes back on. whenever there's no power going to it i just tap it or wiggle the box and the stereo goes back on. does anybody know what may cause that. Oh yeah when that happens the clock turns off to.
