So I'm in love with the way Lexus license plate lights look. I think it gives the car a luxury look to it and am pursuing that look. I wanted to get LED bulbs to get this look, however, the license plate lights on my car point outward instead of down at the tag. I can't find good LEDs that point downward (90 degree LEDs). I read somewhere that Lexus bulbs cost about $95 each and I'm not about to spend that for license plate lights. I also read that these bulbs aren't LED, but rather CCFL. Can anyone confirm what type of bulb Lexus uses and where I can find a generic version? It needs to be for 194 type socket.
Thanks. -------------------- ![]() |
