Well, the story is that about 7 month ago i bought Volk Racing CE28 wheels for my celi... They are really nice but im afraid of Dark bronze look and that they are WAY wayy WAYYYYY too common these days in the Mags and etc...

So Yeasterday - i bought another set of wheels - Volk Racing Touring Evolution. These are Old school wheels (manufactured in 94) but the shape of them, and that they are 17x8' is really impressing me... + they are only 6kg EATCH. As CE28 ones that i have are 17x7.5 and weight about 7.2kg eatch...

Now i dont know with witch of them should i go... If im gonna leave for my car Touring Evolution ones - i will repaint them in White for sure, cuz im just tired of dull silver looking wheels...

What should i put on my celi??

My opinion is CE28. I think those looks much better on your car. The fact is that i think no-one knows those touring evolutions are so unigue and in my eyes only those facts you told me of the rims makes them "look" nicer than the others. And those both are volks so both wheels are also same high quality stuff.

This is the main fact... GO with the ones that everyone knows and already getting overplayed or go with somthing that is trully unique and rare but oldschool... grrr... i just put both of these on my car and started too look... i think i will leave Touring wheels on one side of the car and CE28 on other for some time just to get used to both looks and to make my desidion.

I definetly know what you mean. Im also so much overplayed with my wheels and just have to get some new ones for next summer. Thats just the best way to put both under the car and see how it turns out. And you can always post us some pic so we can tell what we think. Just in case you want some other opinions even when the own opinion is the only that you should care about.

I really like the touring evolution, but I like them how they are because the blue things in the center really make them stand out. Painting them white would take away from the look of the rim imo.

Romas, IMO Tourings are nice, old school but bit too old. Also, due to the wide lip they look smaller. I would leave CEs (like you don't know that ;-) ). But you already made up your mind.

BTW - it's good that you seriously got to finish your SS-III, it's worth it.
