realize the Hifonics BXi 1606D is rated
# RMS @ 4-Ohm: 1 x 550-Watts
# RMS @ 2-Ohm: 1 x 1100-Watts
# RMS @ 1-Ohm: 1 x 1600-Watts

The 3200 watts is peak power... maybe. Getting a true and accurate peak power rating is difficult. The really good amp makers don't even rate peak power it's all about RMS. RMS is your continous power rating and it's the important one. The 15" type R's are rated at 750watts max rms. and the amp at 550 at 4 ohm. It will work fine and be plenty loud.
