Hey everyone, just wondering how much totally in the end would a body kit cost, after purchasing it, and having the work done to it, just curious and all, and does it need to be done by a professional body person, or could anyone do it? just curious, ohh yeah, say the body kit is under 1,000. confused.gif wink.gif

Basic knockoff body kit: ~$500 to ~$900
Shipping & Handling: ~$150
Paint & Installation: ~$250
Paint & Installation with good prep work: ~$500
Paint & Installation with good prep work and molded: ~$650

Anyone could pretty much install a kit. As far as fitting it and installing it *properly* is concerned, I always recommend that people have this done by a shop. Especially since most people purchase knockoffs, rather than the authentic kits.

The Authentic ones will cost a lot of money because they have to be imported and other like Veilside will cost u about $3,500 bucks just to get not includeing Install. So it all depends if u know a good Body Shop to make the Non-Authentic to fit or are u willing to pay 2xs more money and get one that fits right off the bat but still needs paint and install.

$2,000 total!! kit+paint+install professionally at a shop that intalls body kits. My kit was glued on with this special glue to insure that there would be no gaps and that the kit would fit perfectly.
