1.My windshield wiper doesn't go all the way down when you turn it off. It stays where you stop it. I can't figure whats wrong with it. I changed out the relay on it on the passenger quarter panel. But my rear windshild wiper works fine.
2. My horn doesn't work... 3. My blower turns on even when my ac controler is on off. It starts on when its on acc. I called in from work just to fix my car. I fixed some other electrical problems but other than that im pooped out. Could this problem occur if you don't have any headlights?
