any idea when theres going to be a new featured ride. nothing against Supersprynt but i like to hear about how people got their cars and what they had to go though with them. i kno they have to be planned out and take time but there fun to read.

That is interesting, although I personally think it is a great honor to have your ride as a featured ride. If we had just random cars up there, what goals to new members have? At least that is how I look at it. If I were many new people, I would want to see a ride that has it all. Not something that just has cool rims or a custom bodykit unless it had it all. Which is why they stay up there for so long, again, in my opinion or what I think I see.

i think we should have featured rides every month or so. and have the mods pick 3 or 4 rides and then have us members vote.

The thing is that there are actually quite a few people's cars that are good canidates for being featured, so a switch off every 3-6months probably would be good.

maybe someday when my car is finished it may be featured (Curren conversion + 20V 4AGE
 ) doubtful it will happen but I can wish oh btw I say every 3 months is a good timeframe

I think every few months or so is a fine timeframe... it kinda separates the "cream of the crop" from the rest. IMO a FR should be more than a paintjob and body kit.
Some day I'd like to see my car up there... not for the recognition, but because I hope some day my car is even worthy of it! Maybe I can be the Prettiest Stock Around FR. ha ha ha --------------------  |

I think every month is actually a good rotation...you can always read past featured interviews and such if you miss a month. It's just that I'm so busy I barely have time for this, so they usually end up stuck up there for a few months at a time.
I'm working on a tool so that the moderators can control this themselves, but it's not quite done yet. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
