will a torn front motor mount seriously affect performance?i know it affects torque and acc. but ne1 know how bad? Mines torn and i can hear the engine hitting the firewall everytime i punch into it.

a torn engine mount will not make you lose torque from your engine. But it will affect how well your engine delivers its power to the ground. A torn engine mount can make your torque steer worse, your car track crooked under acceleration, and increase wheel spin/hop during hard acceleration.
