 ABS not working - no error light |

Hey guys, has anyone come across a problem where ABS isn't working but the light shows everything as ok? Light comes on when you start the car and goes off a few seconds after... but under heavy braking the car will skid - which its not susposed to.
Any thoughts? I'm prob going to take it into toyota next week if I cant work it out |
