 jPORT & jLINK help!!!, Ipod used with Jensen Headunit |

I am trying to get my Ipod to hook up with my Jensen VM9410. i know I can do the RCA hookups but that will only display videos and not the songlist as well as not allow me to control the ipod via the headunit.
I ended up getting the jPort but i'm not sure if its what I need. Does anyone know much about that? I saw on my headunit that the cd changer is a 8 pin din port. i hope that the Jport will plug into that.
