how much modification is needed to fit the ss3 front splitters on a pre-faced 94-95 front bumper???

I'd like to see a more aggressive duckbill made by Romas. By aggressive, I mean larger. Something like the Varis Extremor wing for the GT four.

the duckbills are sweet but i dont really want to go through the hassle of filling and painting the holes of the oem spoiler, know of any substiutes that will comletely cover the holes?
