Harry potter and the Half Blood prince,written by J. K. Rowling is a great and compelling
addition to an already famous Harry potter saga.The Harry Potter series sticks out from other novel series because it always has a surprising and unpredictable twist that alters the storyline dramatically.Why did the most powerful wizard in the entire world kill Harry's parents but was unable to kill baby harry?Every book brings this question closer and closer to the light.Unlike other books in the harry potter series harry loses a dear friend that was very influential toward him."Does anyone really know what You-Know-Who would or wouldn't do?"(pg 205)In this heart stopping novel Harry must take it upon himself to fight and defend himself and the ones that are closest to him against "he who shall not be named". "Don't count your owls before they are delivered"Harry takes for granted all of the amazing people he has in his life,he doesn't realize what he has until one of them is taken brutally from him.
