None really with a stock exhaust system and a stock motor...you'll just fail emissions and make the air dirtier to breathe. And please, lay off the caps lock from now on.

so it might be a good idea till the inspection comes around. which is no prob cause im tryn to get headers which eliminate the cat just a simple bolt on and bolt off
