My car keeps dying. Whenever I idle at a red light, or I'm in traffic, my check engine light comes on, and then slowly dies.
Then, I try starting it back up, and it doesn't work. But if I wait 5-10 minutes, it starts up perfectly. Sometimes, it doesn't even turn over. I keep trying, and trying. It sort of turns over, then stops. Then after a million more tries, it starts. Sometimes it stays running, sometimes it doesn't. It's not the alternator, it's brand new. And so is the starter. My oil light comes on, but I've changed my oil, and there's no leak. It basically blinks, it comes and goes.. at the most random times. What's going on here? -------------------- |
