5s-FE conversion help Options

i have a 94 GT hatch, 153k miles, 2.2L...This is the 5S-FE right?

Now i want to convert to a GT4(3S-GTE right?)dosent have to b exact same engine as GT4, but i would like to rebuild it

Would i be able to get new heads, air intake, fuel injectors, a turbo or a supercharger (if they make the supercharger) cam, clutch and all the other goods, and get around 270hp estimated?

because im thinking of just buying a 5S-FE engine with low miles, have it in my garage, rebuild it, then drop it into my celica now and get rid of the engine that is in my car now...

would this idea work? Because i don't want to buy a GT4 engine and drop it in and be done, i would rather build everything my own because im learning to be a car engineer
