Passenger Seat, Installing the back Options

Can anyone help me and provide me with an explanantion.
I removed my passenger seat and dismantled it so that the seats could be re-covered, problem is, I'm having problems re-installing the back of the seat.

There are four screws (2 each side) that fix to a plate either side.
This is straight forward.
However, it is the bar that runs through the base of the seat which has a tab at either end.
It appears to locate into grooves but my problem is that the seat mechanism does not work.
Do these tabs locate in a certain manner?
Does the spring mechanism need to be put in a certain position before locating the tabs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I solved the problem and fixed everything last night.
So, if anyone else runs into the same problem just contact me.
