I am looking into performance cams for the 5s and was wondering how much this would effect engine life... Also I was wondering if there are any brands that you all would recommend. I am also looking to upgrade valve springs and get it tuned. How much power (if properly tuned) would I be able to get out of cams. This is kinda one of the beginning steps to upping power on the celi. Any help would be great! Sorry if this is a repost, i did use the search button but didnt find much...
