CF hatch questions Options

So, i was packing up all my stuff today and i noticed a small patch or rust forming on the outside of it. So i poped the hatch and took a look at the bottom and theres 3 good size patches that are gonna rust through completely. So i figure if i get it done by a body shop, they r gonna charge probably around $250 to fix it and paint. So i figure i might go with a CF hatch instead. I was wondering how much they cost, also does it have all the basic holes for the interior plastic, sprayer nozzel, whiper motor/arm, and all the electrical?? And what about the holes for the spoiler too? I got the OEM 2 post. And one got a pic of a red celica with a cf or black hatch??
