 passenger airbag dash-esq piece, anyone know what holds it down? |

i was going to try to remove the passenger air bag and keep the cover but i would like to know if anyone has any idea how the cover is kept attached to the rest of the dash? please let me know. thanks. pictures and part numbers would be greatly appreciated!
