I just bought some Sport Edition E2 17 inch wheels with a 40 offset. What size would you guys recommend for my tires? 215 40 17 or 215 45 17? Or are there any other sizes you guys recommend? Thanks

if you are going with 215, then go for the 45s. Stef (hurley97) has them on her car and they are perfect IMO. They have such a better ride quality than the 40s.

like Dustin said, definitely go with the 45's

I had 40's for a while and they were terrible... I went through 2 tires in like 2 months and felt every little rock in the road, not to mention potholes felt like I had no tires at all. I noticed a much better ride with the 45's. IMO they look and ride so much better.

Sad, I am trying to save up money to replace my 205 40's with 215 45's.

I had those tires on my old VW. They are pretty good tires and the sidewall holds up to a lot of stress. I might look into buying another set of these when I need to buy tires again.

dont be cheap with tires, most important thing you can buy for your car in my opinion and many people overlook it. i went cheap with my falkens. theyre not bad, but i cant wait to get another set.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
