 Need some how to's for DIY removing, the crossmember that goes horizontally across the front of the car |

has anyone written something similar to that? reason being is that my rear engine mount is being a prick to remove, one of the bolts is attached to the cross-member that runs across the front, not sure if that's the correct term, anyhow so i have to remove a lot of things just to replace the mount, any info would be much appreciated, thanks
